Rumus Cloud provides a container hosting platform and related training. The service is provided on the plan selected in your account, measured hourly for the resources held.
You may not use the platform to:
Accounts in breach are suspended, and stored data is retained for 30 days to allow export.
Shared plans carry no availability commitment. Plans with a written service level agreement carry the remedy stated in that agreement, which is the exclusive remedy for unavailability.
You retain ownership of everything you deploy. We process it to operate the service, and we do not use customer data to train models. Encryption keys for environment variables are held encrypted and are not readable from the console.
Resources are billed hourly from creation. Stopping a service releases compute and stops compute billing; storage continues to bill until the volume is deleted. Unpaid invoices result in suspension after 7 days, and deletion 30 days after that.
Course fees are payable before the first session. Cancellation more than seven days before the start is refunded in full. Participants provide their own Claude Console account, and model usage during class is billed to that account.
Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
