What we collect

What we do not do

• We do not use customer data to train models, ours or a provider's
• We do not sell data, or share it for advertising
• We do not read application data except with your written request for support

Third parties

We use a model provider for the three features described on the Claude integration page. Those calls are bounded and redacted as described there, and each one can be disabled per account or project.

Your rights

You can export your data at any time from the console, and request deletion by writing to support@rumuscloud.id. Deletion removes account data within 30 days, except billing records retained by law.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Administrative access requires two-factor authentication. Backups are stored in a separate rack, and restore procedures are tested quarterly.
